Pratt Collective / Case Study / The Team

One system.
Many applications.

A brand doesn't become consistent because you put a logo on everything. It becomes consistent when the thinking behind it carries through every application — from the street to the screen, and everything in between.

The Team / Real Broker, LLC
Brand architecture + identity + rollout stewardshipCreated for Cody Burger / The Team at Real Broker, LLC
01 / The central challenge

A new affiliation.
One recognizable presence.

Cody Burger's transition to Real Broker called for more than a new mark. The Team needed a distinct consumer identity, room for independent agents, a clear brokerage relationship, and one visual language capable of surviving every real-world handoff.

01

Clarify the hierarchy.

Establish which identity leads, and where required brokerage affiliation belongs.

02

Connect the expressions.

Build a consistent family rather than a collection of unrelated assets.

03

Protect the execution.

Preserve approved geometry, typography, and relationships from file to finished product.

02 / From concept to identity

Three bars.
One platform.

“The Team” is a familiar phrase. The challenge was making it unmistakably recognizable without erasing the independent identities inside the organization. The solution wasn't an unrelated emblem. It was hiding in the name itself.

01 / The signal

Elevate.
Empower.
Endure.

Three rounded strokes drawn from the E in TEAM. Their familiar menu-like rhythm suggests access, connection, and choice.

02 / The signature

Stacked identity

A single name expressed in the formats needed for different placements — without changing the geometry or redrawing the mark.

03 / The relationship
Original approved The Team and boxed Real co-brand lockup from Illustrator artwork, unchanged

The Team leads. Its brokerage affiliation remains clear.

The resolution

Not three different logos to manage — one deliberate identity system designed to hold together from a business card to a billboard.

03 / The signage family

One identity.
A complete family.

Eight supplied vertical panel designs. Team-forward, agent-personalized, and independent-brand applications. Black or white — the system holds together.

Identity in the neighborhood

Designed to be recognized. Built to be repeated.

Scale, hierarchy, contrast, and affiliation are considered before a sign reaches the field. Every panel below is reproduced from the supplied production artwork — never redrawn or stretched.

05–08 / Distinct identity, consistent rules

All panels shown in their original vertical 24-inch-wide × 30-inch-tall proportions. These examples include sample agent details. Installation imagery is illustrative; final production and brokerage compliance are governed by the approved master files.

04 / Digital campaign / Concept sequence

The Three-Bar
Reveal.

Recognition before announcement. A four-week slow-roll sequence designed to introduce the symbol first, build curiosity, and reveal the complete relationship at the end.

Week 1 concept: illuminated three-bar brand mark on a digital billboard at sunset
01 / TeaserIntroduce

Lead with the symbol. Let the repetition begin.

Week 2 concept: billboard reads Something Is Shifting with the three-bar mark
02 / ShiftBuild intrigue

Introduce the possibility of change without giving away the reveal.

Week 3 concept: billboard reads The Team Is Getting Real
03 / TransitionConnect

Connect the familiar mark to a message the audience can remember.

Week 4 concept: The Team and Real Broker identity reveal together
04 / RevealResolve

Bring the full identity and affiliation together in one clear frame.

Four-stage creative study, shown as a proposed rollout concept; not a representation of confirmed billboard installation or campaign results.

05 / The everyday applications

One identity.
Every encounter.

The strongest brand systems work when nobody is watching. A business card, an email, a print piece — the same logic survives each format.

From first hello
to every inbox.

Even the smallest recurring communication should look like it belongs to the same brand. Below is the actual email-banner artwork supplied for this case study, shown in a simple email-window context.

06 / The brand in your hands

Not just seen.
Carried.

The three-bar mark and Team wordmark extend into the useful things people wear, carry, share, and keep. Recognition isn't confined to a sign panel.

Wear it.

Apparel and headwear carry the mark without asking it to become a new logo.

Carry it.

Drinkware, bags, notebooks, and daily objects extend recognition beyond the office.

Recognize it.

Different products, same proportions, visual rhythm, and unmistakable family resemblance.

07 / The thinking behind the work

Consistency
isn't accidental.

A brand system is only as good as the decisions that hold after the creative leaves the studio. The point wasn't to control every application. It was to establish the standards that let the identity travel intact.

Clarity before creation.
Consistency through execution.
01

Define what leads.

Team, individual agent, or brokerage — hierarchy is resolved before an application is built.

02

Use the supplied masters.

Geometry, spacing, colors, and the approved relationship between marks remain intact.

03

Design for production.

Think about dimensions, sign hardware, print constraints, and vendors before approval.

04

Steward the system.

One consistent checkpoint helps new work stay connected as the organization grows.

08 / An invitation from Pratt Collective

Your brand may not need another logo.
It may need a better system.

If growth, change, or inconsistency has made your business harder to recognize, let's identify the actual problem before you buy another design.
