For more than three decades, I’ve helped founders, operators, and growth-minded teams make sense of what they’re building — and translate that clarity into design, direction, and momentum.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, design, and real-time decision-making. I don’t start with templates, trends, or predetermined outcomes. I start by listening carefully, asking the questions most people avoid, and identifying what actually needs to be solved… not just what looks broken on the surface.

Professionally, I’ve spent 30+ years inside a 3rd generation family business serving operators in real estate and adjacent industries.
I discovered gaps and patterns of brand confusion - particularly through real time collaboration - addressing obstacles through a creative process.
Much of that work was conducted ‘live’, or on the spot, during Keller Williams® Realty events such as Family Reunion and Mega Agent Camp
That evolved into what ultimately became Live Design™: a real-time, collaborative approach to brand and design that replaces endless revisions with decisive progress.
My Approach
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
