For more than three decades, I’ve helped founders, operators, and growth-minded teams make sense of what they’re building — and translate that clarity into design, direction, and momentum.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, design, and real-time decision-making. I don’t start with templates, trends, or predetermined outcomes. I start by listening carefully, asking the questions most people avoid, and identifying what actually needs to be solved… not just what looks broken on the surface.

I spent 20+ years inside a multi-generation family business serving some of the most demanding operators in real estate and adjacent industries.
I was diagnosing gaps between vision and execution, clarifying brand direction under pressure, turning ambiguity into actionable decisions, and guiding teams when the real problem hasn’t yet been named.
Much of that work happened live — on the spot — because that’s where clarity either shows up or collapses.
That evolved into what ultimately became Live Design™: a real-time, collaborative approach to brand and design that replaces endless revisions with decisive progress.
